RDS complete
Set complete (without servo)
This RDS set is complete for one rudder.
It is not necessary to use any kind of glue. All is tighten with screws.
The set is nearly free from play. And the play can be adjusted by the user.
A driveshaft support is not really necessary, but easy to build in. See link.

RDS coupling single
The coupling is made of aluminium.
The interlock is also made of aluminium.
This guarantees best precision and life time.

RDS pocket
The pocket is to be glued into the rudder.
The pocket is made of inox steel.
To decrease friction between torque rod and pocket a plastic cover is fixed in the pocket.
The pocket is light weight (5 gr).
Top and bottom are welded together.
The pocket can be calibrated to set the play.
The play should be as narrow as possible.
Ones glued in the rudder, the pocket guarantees best precision and life time.

RDS torque rod
The torque rod fits perfect to our slot and coupling.
It is made high precision inox steel.
The torque rod has a face on one side where the setscrew hits.
This guarantees best torque transmission.
